Paws On Tap is looking for dependable, positive Line Cooks to join our fastcasual, dogfriendly taproom and beer garden. If you enjoy a clean, organized kitchen and take pride in putting out consistent, greattasting food, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and cook menu items to spec
• Keep your station clean and stocked
• Support smooth service during busy hours
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Help with prep, restocking, and closing duties

This is not a “bartender,” “runner,” or “waiter/waitress” role.

This is a team-first, guest-aware operator who moves where the business needs them in real time. You are the extra set of eyes, the early problem-solver, and the person who makes things feel effortless for our guests.

What you’ll do

You will float between responsibilities based on what’s happening in the moment:

• Welcome guests and help them understand how Paws On Tap works
• Assist with food pickup, running, and guest support
• Keep the space clean, safe, and flowing (tables, floors, dog areas, tap wall)
• Help guests navigate self-pour, mobile ordering, and the overall experience
• Step in before a guest has to ask for help
• Support your teammates wherever needed
• This is a “see it, solve it” environment.

You’ll do well here if you:
